Mekong Eyes Explorer Cruise

Hong at inside travel was fantastic in helping me book a Mekong overnight river trip from Saigon. I had left it late to book and the one I wanted was fully booked but Hong went out of her way to find me another one which far exceeded our expectations. As the leader of a small tour group we booked a cruise on the Mekong River with Inside Travel. It was the highlight of our 13 day trip in Vietnam. I worked with Hong Nham, avtravel Expert with Inside travel. We had a length correspondence planning the perfect trip for my group. Having to plan months in advance with an unknown numberbof traveller's she worked with me on the best cruise when their were many choices of boats and itineraries. The Mekong Eyes was perfect. With a really tight schedule between our departure time in Phnom Penh and our flight departing from the Phnom Penh she was able to arrange for an quicker speedboat, a quick turnaround with our visas at the border and a timely van transport to the airport. I could not recommend Inside Travel enough and specifically Ms Hong Nham. She was amazing. We will definitely be using Ms Hong and Inside on all our future trips to Vietnam. This was an extremely well-organized trip that was really great for getting off the beaten trail. The experience alone is worth 5 stars, but Hong, Sang and the rest of their team were absolutely incredible in what could have been a very stressful trip. We had left our Passports behind in our initial hotel which was about a 4 hour drive from where we met the boat. We didn’t realize it until we were just about to get on the boat. The team handled everything so efficiently and retrieved our passports from the hotel and had a driver meet us at our next stop. I can’t recommend this trip and this team enough.
