The restaurant & bar is located at the stern of the main deck. Bassac Cruise’s restaurant provides a large space for tourists to enjoy meals freely. Accommodating with the restaurant, open-air bar always welcomes you to sit back and enjoy some cocktails while admiring the stunning sunset on Mekong River.

Upper Deck

The cozy sunshine of the tropics in the morning is ideal for sunbathing. 700 sqft of sundeck provides tourists a spacious ambiance to have sunbathing and enjoy the overview of the fascinating scenery on Mekong River. Several sunbathing couches are arranged ready for you to rest.

Perfect getaway to Mekong with our family

The trip was amazing, staff was so friendly and kind. They were always standby to help in any way they could and to answer every question asked. The food was a-ma-zing! Our best regards to the chef on board, every meal was delicious! In our opinion, your chef is the most valuable asset on the cruise team. We took the bicycle trip as activity, which was ok. But we did stop a lot and we would have preferred to just bike through the countryside instead of stopping all the time for explanation about plants and fruits. Especially the kids were a bit annoyed to stop so frequently. But we are no difficult people, we had a good laugh about it and enjoyed anyway. Overall i must conclude the cruise was beyond expected and we enjoyed it enormously.

We had a few days to spend in HCM City at the end of our organised Vietnam tour and so we decided to use that time to do a Mekong River Cruise. What a good idea that was! I contacted Inside Travel and was assisted by Ms Hong Nham, Mekong River Cruise Expert. Her efficiency was wonderful and everything worked perfectly, from the pickup at our HCM City hotel, transport to Can Tho, where we boarded the Bassac boat and collection at Cai Be at the end of the cruise for transport back to our hotel in HCM City. The cruise was a marvelous experience. Thank you Ms Hong Nham for your expertise, courtesy and efficiency!
